1. Living Slide Dynamics
Slide pressure, velocity, and position are tracked simultaneously. Subtle bow-into-the-note blooms and hard muted stops are all mapped with individual round-robin layers — no two passes of the bar sound identical.
2. Articulation Morphing
Glide, mute, harmonic, vibrato, palm-stop, and chordal swell articulations can be triggered via keyswitches or velocity ranges. Blend between them mid-phrase using the morph fader for cinematic transitions.
3. Intelligent Chord Engine
ASL4 reads your chord input and automatically voices it in the open-tuning characteristic of the instrument. E, C6, and G6 tunings are all preset, with a custom tuning builder included for the adventurous.
